PERSONAL PROFILE FOR SAFETY ALERT STICKER

SJ Childs created Autism Safety Kits to help alert and inform
emergency responders that there is an autistic individual in the car or
home and how best to help them.

• We help you customize our Autism Safety Kits for each individual with a
  personal profile containing information about the autistic individual's
  communication style, needs, and contact information.

The cost to create and distribute our Autism Safety Kits is funded by
generous donations from our sponsors and community members.

Thanks to your support, over 100 kits have been sent to families
nationwide.
